Import daily plan (Excel, CSV or .ics)

Columns: Date, Start, End, Title, Location, Notes (Italian headers also work: Data, Inizio, Fine, Evento, Luogo, Note). A Princess "Monthly Schedule Report" CSV is recognised automatically: ports get ETA - ETD, sea days get no time. An .ics calendar file (Outlook, Google, Apple) is imported with its recurring events too.

📥 Import from Outlook

The Safety Calendar reads your published Outlook calendar and keeps it up to date by itself (read only, about every 2 hours). Times are shown as written in Outlook, taken as ship time.

  1. Outlook on the web: Settings, Calendar, Shared calendars.
  2. Under "Publish a calendar" choose the calendar and "Can view all details", then Publish.
  3. Copy the ICS link (the HTML link also works: it is converted automatically) and paste it here.

🔔 Drill reminders (push / Telegram)

Notifications go to registered crew for full crew drills ("Drill: …") that are due for a reminder now (day before / 1 hour before). Nobody receives the same reminder twice.

Undo / Remove events

Choose what to remove. You will see how many events are affected before anything is deleted.

Optional date range - leave empty for all dates:

"Last import" does not bring back events that "Replace" deleted earlier.

📅 Add this calendar to yours

The calendar stays up to date by itself. Outlook refreshes every few hours, Google up to about a day.
